Another source of hypnotherapy help can be found at online wellness resource Gaia, which contains a great series called Hypnotherapy for Women’s Wellness.

Led by House of Wellbeing founders and guided meditation experts Sophie Fox and Natasha Taylor, these audio sessions cover various topics to help women’s wellness, including getting pregnant, hypnobirthing, and menopause.

Gaia is available with a monthly subscription, which allows you to watch all of its content on various platforms. Sanity & Self is described as “your self-care sidekick” and is trusted by over 2 million women to help with daily life. It’s an app that contains hundreds of guided audio mindfulness sessions to help you cope with stress and get support for whatever is troubling you.

The app is full of excellent meditation content, but what sets Sanity & Self apart is how much it packs into this app. There’s a mood tracker, guided journal, relaxation aids, and personalized self-care plan. It also features a 1:1 Chat function, which means you can get instant access to a specialist who can communicate directly with you about your issues. Qualified coaches help you with relationships, anxiety, confidence, fitness and weight, career and life goals, and sleep.

Silatha, a meditation app solely focused on women’s emotional well-being, is another great resource for anyone who identifies as a woman.

Exhale is an emotional well-being app designed for and curated by black, indigenous, and women of color (BIWOC). It’s named after the need to exhale, or let go, of all the negative energy that inhibits your well-being.

Exhale provides an extensive catalog of meditations and also contains guided imagining sessions, breathing exercises, and daily affirmations.

Although you have to create an account, Exhale is free to use, with only a small amount of content requiring paid subscription. Beautifully designed, it fulfills its aim of providing a place of refuge and healing for you to visit as often as you like.

6. Wisdo

Wisdo is an award-winning app that has created a global support network encompassing an extraordinary community of members, helpers, guides, and coaches.

When you join Wisdo, you share information about yourself so that it can connect you with others. Then you can join some of the more than 70 demographic-specific support networks where people communicate and share advice and resources with others in similar life situations. There are regular mentoring sessions and Zoom events that you can find and sign up for through the app.

Although not designed solely for women, Wisdo contains communities for pregnancy, mothers, and infertility, among many others. If you’re struggling alone and want the support of experts and peers, Wisdo is worth your time.

Balance is an app designed by menopause specialist Dr. Louise Newson to help you manage your health during perimenopause and menopause.

This free app allows you to track your periods and keep detailed records of your symptoms and mood during this critical time in your life.

The Community feature is a valuable source of support and information, which can be hard to come by when there is still a stigma attached to the discussion of menopause.
